How did I ever live without knowing this delicious sautéed pork neck and kimchi recipe? When my aunt first cooked this for me, I was hooked. The explosion of flavour, the spicy tang, the crunch in the kimchi, the spring in the pork neck, my brain short-circuited and I was undoubtedly in foodie heaven.

My Aunt noted that this was a lazy person’s short-cut to a fast and delicious home meal. I almost didn’t believe her when she told me that it only required 2 ingredients and less than 10 minutes to cook from start to finish.

This chocolate truffle recipe is very easy to make and I thought I’d share it, especially with Valentine’s day coming around the corner. When I was a kid, I would eat truffles by the dozen from those pretty gold foiled packages that only seemed to appear around Christmas time. For a treat that seems so fancy, it really surprised me when I learned that making chocolate truffles only require three main ingredients and next to no kitchen experience.

These irresistible shrimp pastry hors d’ouvres are super easy, taste amazing and look super impressive. The phyllo dough creates an incredibly thin flaky encasement and the warm cream cheese n’ onion shrimp filling just gushes with flavor in every bite. I promise you this tried and true recipe will earn you rave reviews, as long as you serve them fresh from the oven. The filling can also be used as dip for crackers or breads.
